How close we are by minutes to: North Pole experience - 5 minutes by drive - 1.5 miles Downtown Flagstaff - 5 minutes by drive - 2 miles NAU - 6 minutes by drive - 2.5 miles Snowbowl - 29 minutes by drive - 16 miles Grand Canyon - 1 hr and 23 minutes - 72 miles There is no central AC in the home which is common for Flagstaff. For an additional $25 a day, we can set up a portable AC unit. The best way to cool the house is to open the windows during the night and early AM when the temperature drops low 50s-60s and then close them along with the shades in the day. Please let us know ahead of time that you would like to have this set up! If you decide you want it set up once your stay has begun, we will send a team member out for a $25 fee for their time to set it up. Please check the temperature prior to your stay to make the best-informed decision. ANOTHER NOTICE!
