On the main floor, the balcony presents a different yet still serene view that faces east over Pacific street where you can enjoy views of California palm trees and the occasional view of the trains. **Please note the Amtrak coaster train is part of California coastal living and you may hear the choo choos of the train during your stay if windows or doors are open but all the windows in A304  have been replaced with thick double-pane windows that mute any noise. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell, we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
