This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is located along South Forest Beach in Seascape Villas which is direct across the street from the beach. This two-story townhome features a kitchen, living room, and dining room on the first floor. There is a balcony off of the living area that overlooks the “turtle lagoon”. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second floor. The Master bedroom features a king bed with a flat-panel TV and a newly remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has A queen-sized bed as well as a twin-sized bed. The second bath has also been remodeled and has a walk-in shower. The townhome offers all the amenities of home, which is sure to make your trip to Hilton Head Island a perfect family vacation, couples retreat, golf vacation, or girlfriend's getaway. ** 3 night minimum **

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
