The search for your next vacation stops here!  Check out this 14th floor, completely updated king suite located at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach.  This studio apartment is fully furnished with 1 king bed and 1 full-size sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.  This unique layout offers over-sized living space for our guests.  Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped!  The bathroom is full-size and features a granite slab counter top, toilet, and tub/shower.  The bathroom sits just off to the left when you enter the condo.      Our guests will enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy North facing views of the ocean.  Guests can also catch a glimpse of the action of the outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river!  As of Spring 2020, the condo was completely renovated in an effort to make the guests experience much more enjoyable.  Brand new laminate vinyl flooring was installed throughout the entire condo, with the exception of the existing tile floors in the bathroom and wet bar areas.  In addition, a new king bed, mattress, and box spring were installed.  We have also installed a sofa that converts to a bed.  Last but not least, we have repainted the entire apartment and bathroom, and we have installed new, nautical, beachy decor throughout!  We have also installed a full size fridge in addition to the mini fridge!  With so many rentals having the same outdated look, we wanted to separate our rental from all the others, and we are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us.     While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access.  Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby.  Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service.  However, we just cannot advertise those amenities.  Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
