About The Property
The villas at Courtside are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. Welcome to Courtside 42!! This is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level that has been completely renovated and has all the comforts of home. You’ll find the main level to be quite spacious with all new comfortable furnishings. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, cabinets and counters and is fully stocked to prepare any meal. The living room opens to a deck overlooking Van der Meer Tennis Courts. Located off the dining area, there is a half bath for your convenience. The dining room has seating for six people with additional seating for two people at the breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a King bed, guest bedroom also has a King bed. Both bedrooms have a Flat Screen TV. Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with beautiful manicured landscaping and is 1.5 blocks from the beach and situated next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. **Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months** **Call for daily rates as some restrictions may apply**

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
